Ian Rush Luxury Spa Development Launches In South East Cyprus
Former Liverpool striker and football legend Ian Rush has teamed up with Karma Developers to launch Mythical Sands Resort & Spa, a 5-star, year-round luxury health resort in Kapparis, south east Cyprus. The ‘Rushes Spa’ complex will be the central feature of the residential development of luxury freehold apartments and the first luxury spa development in this region.

Innovative Air Cooling System Cuts Energy Bills and CO² Emissions by 94% at Portuguese Resort
A low energy air cooling system called ‘The Coolhouse System’ has been conceived and developed by a British team at a Portuguese resort as an alternative to air conditioning. Independent tests¹ show that the Coolhouse system reduced CO² emissions and energy consumption by 94%. As world energy prices soar and the EU struggles to meet its CO² emission targets, a cheaper and more environmentally acceptable alternative to air conditioning within properties will be attractive to many.

New Landmark Private Yacht Harbour opens in St Lucia
The Landings, St Lucia’s first residential private yacht harbour was officially opened on the 8th December 2007 by the Prime Minister of St Lucia, the Honourable Stephenson King. The opening marks the completion of phase one of the resort’s unique waterfront properties which are the only freehold beach-front homes in St Lucia.

A Double Win for P1 Communications at the Homes Overseas Awards
P1 Communications has had a double win at the 2007 Homes Overseas Magazine Awards picking up awards for Best Individual PR Campaign for Les Jardins de St Benoît in Languedoc, France and Best New PR Agency. The awards were presented at a press reception and lunch at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington on Monday 3rd December 2007.
