Aspirational Contemporary Retirement Village in Wiltshire Launches

Planning permission to redevelop the brownfield site which will host Wadswick Green was granted to Rangeford Holdings in 2008 and full funding is in place with Octopus Investments Ltd.  Construction has already started on the homes in phase one and the first ten (of forty) keys are due to be handed over in November 2014.  The development is due for completion in July 2015.
