Heritage Resorts Win At 2013 World Luxury Hotel Awards
Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort, Mauritius, has won this year’s World Luxury Hotel Award for Best Luxury Beach Resort in the Indian Ocean, whilst Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort has been named Best Luxury Golf Resort in the Indian Ocean. The World Luxury Hotel Awards are regarded as the Oscars for the luxury hotel industry and are known as the highest accolade a property can receive.
The World Luxury Hotel Awards recognises and rewards worldwide hotels and spas that have excelled at delivering extraordinary service. Winners are purely judged on service delivery and effective management as voted for by international tour operators, travel agents and hotel guests who get the opportunity to cast their valuable votes annually.
Lindley Thomen, General Manager of Heritage Resorts, says: “We are delighted to have been awarded this prestigious achievement award which recognises our hard work in hosting our esteemed guests. Our dedicated team works with enthusiasm to ensure our guests receive the highest level of service and we would like to thank everybody who voted for us.”
