January Detox break at Linthwaite, Lake District

Linthwaite, a luxury country house hotel set in the heart of the Lake District is offering a ‘January Detox’ break for the perfect start to the New Year. ‘Wellness Weeks’ at Heritage Resorts, Mauritius

Heritage  Resorts’ Seven Colours Spa, a luxurious estate spread over 2,500 acres in Mauritius, will be offering a series of ‘Wellness Weeks’ in early 2016 hosted by a series of wellness experts. These will include a Pilates week with Géraldine Cantin, a French state-qualified fitness coach with 20 years of experience in her field. (February 6-12, 2016).
