All rooms now include a dedicated butler and new personal beach attendants will be present for the sun worshippers. Improving the luxury experience for guests is our main focus, Jacques Charles, COO, Heritage Resorts explains: “We have refined everything from the food and the interior design to the facilities and service on offer, we want Heritage Resorts to be a symbol of high-quality service, creating the perfect balance between indulgent luxury and heart-felt authenticity.”
