Online Strategy: Make Facebook advertising work for you
We have created and managed several successful digital marketing campaigns for our clients using Facebook Advertising. One such example is an interactive advert we created for Plus Rooms, a design and build company which specialises in home extensions. We specifically chose key London postcodes to target and focused on relevant age groups, and as a result we observed that over 927 new visitors reached Plus Room’s website since the beginning of 2019 from the advert, about 9 percent of all traffic. These clicks also have a lower bounce rate than other acquisition channels to the website (at 21 percent, compared to 55 percent on average), showing the positive impact of targeting a relevant audience. With low costs per click of around £0.40, we also found that Facebook advertising offers much better value compared to other types of online advertising such as banners and popups.
