P1 Communications presented with Gold and Silver Awards by Best For PR



A panel of expert judges at Best For PR Industry Awards has awarded P1 Communications a Gold award for best PR agency in the Travel & Tourism sector and Silver award for best PR agency in the Property/Construction sector.

Best For PR Awards was created by a group of business owners who had all experienced the challenge of finding the right PR agency for their business. The purpose of the Awards is to create an independent and transparent site that shows genuine client reviews and ratings – helping people to make more informed and smarter decisions when it comes to picking a PR agency.

P1 Communications used their long standing client of four years – Heritage Resorts – as a case study to represent their experience in the Travel and Tourism sector, of which they were awarded Gold. Heritage Resorts has luxury villas and two five star hotels spread in the south of Mauritius – Heritage Le Telfair, Heritage Awali and Heritage the Villas.

P1 Communications has produced constant coverage for Heritage Resorts and over a period of 20 months, they have attained over 130 items of editorial coverage with an advertising value of more than £350,000. Coverage featured in leading titles including Condé Nast Traveller, Golf Monthly, Sunday Express, Condé Nast Brides, Mail On Sunday, The Telegraph, Spa Secrets and House & Garden, as well as a TV competition on channel 5.

Since working together P1 Communications has produced constant coverage for Home Hunts and over a 13 month period P1 attained over 90 items of editorial coverage with an advertising value of £200,000. P1 has also entered Home Hunts for the highly reputable International Property awards 2013-2014, where they swooped accolades for Best Estate Agency in France and for the second year running received the top five star award for Best Real Estate Agency Website in France. The agency was also winner of the Best Agency in Europe category at the industry’s OPP Awards For Excellence 2013.
