Part Time Administration Assistant

P1 Communications is an award-winning travel & property PR agency with offices in Richmond in SW London. We are looking for an administration assistant to work with us part time.

The hours are

Monday 9 to 1pm

Wednesday 9 to 1pm

Friday 9 to 1pm


There can be some flexibility on hours.


Responsibilities will include:

1. Scanning and recording press articles and helping to prepare client reports

2. Posting content onto the company website

3. Social media – writing posts on Twitter and Facebook for clients

4. Researching suitable media, compiling media lists

5. Preparing a summary of relevant weekend news

6. Scheduling meetings and writing minutes for meetings

7. Helping with travel arrangements


We are looking for someone with a minimum of 7 GCSES, including English Language and is domiciled in the UK.


The salary is £9 per hour.


The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

1. English as their first language

2. Organised and strong administration skills

3. Good telephone manner and excellent writing skills

4. Friendly, outgoing nature

5. Familiar with social media such as Facebook and Twitter

6. Familiarity with Word, Excel, Powerpoint
