The Landings, St Lucia is a private marina development of 231 luxury freehold apartments near Rodney Bay. Our challenge in January 2005 was to launch the development into the UK and Irish market and generate considerable sales interest in the properties.

Le Grand Lodge, Mont Tremblant, Canada
This lakeside boutique hotel in the heart of Mont-Tremblant wanted to sell its one and two
bedroom apartments on a freehold buy-to-let basis. P1 Communications was asked to communicate the desirability of the area, promote the advantages of the apart’hotel model of investment and generate considerable sales interest in the properties for sale.

This development is a beautiful vineyard estate in the Languedoc-Roussillon area of France. Spread over 17 acres, the development is an extension of the existing village of St Laurent. P1 Communications was engaged to launch the development, generate interest in the Languedoc region and sales enquiries.
