When it comes to managing business events or product launches, P1’s meticulous planning and organisation are second to none.
Our event management services include managing intimate events to more lavish occasions, to launching new hotels and resorts, organising cocktail receptions, media events and conferences.
We have previously organised a conference for Tourisme de Portugal and the Association of Portuguese Resorts to promote home ownership in Portugal. We carried out the marketing, media relations/publicity and event management.
We are also contracted to do the marketing for the event organisers of the Luxury Property Show, an annual luxury property exhibition in London. This involves a marketing campaign to drive attendance, media relations and working with partners and sponsors that can add value to the show.
Previous hotel launch events have included 24 Royal Terrace in Edinburgh and Mercure’s Abbey Hill Hotel in Milton Keynes.
Property development launches have included Pestana’s first ever apart’hotel, the Chelsea Bridge Hotel in London , Kittitian Hill in St Kitts (with the Prime Minister in attendance), The Landings in St Lucia, the K Club in Ireland, charity events for Freedom Bay in St Lucia and media meetings for District One in Dubai.
