First in-house retreats at Vila Monte Farm House

Located in Olhao, in the Eastern Algarve, Vila Monte will launch their first in-house series of retreats in 2020.

The retreats will be led by three facilitators, Janet Shook, a wellness curator for Vila Monte Farm House; Luisa Peres, specializing in the healing through elements of nature and Karim Fadali, yoga expert and an avid explorer of astrological charts.

28 January – 2 February: Journeying to Inner Peace includes yoga meditation, nature walks and meditations, journaling, flower essence healing and shamanic voyaging. A three- night programme costs €754.80 per person.

18 – 23 February: Nurturing your True Self includes Kundalini yoga & meditation, dance of the elements, nature hikes and nature healing nutritional support and guidance. A three- night programme costs €754.80 per person.

17 – 22 March: We are Stardust includes guided star-gazing sessions to get familiarized with the visible constellations and planets, talks on astrological chart’s fundamental principles, application of esoteric astrology, yoga and meditation practices and explore creation myths of yogic traditions. Just Opened – The Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel in Alvor

Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa Launches a New Concept with London-based fitness expert

The prestigious clifftop resort, Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa – located in the beautiful central Algarve has launched a new concept, ‘VITAL Wellness’ designed in partnership, with Harry Jameson, London’s go to health and fitness specialist, and a Teen Wellness Programme.

memmo Baleeira has long been a destination for nature and wellness, with surfing, trekking and biking at the heart of any experience in Sagres. In 2020 memmo Baleeira will launch The Detox Programme; an innovative programme to restore, rejuvenate and recover.
